Bayville Man, 61, Arrested On Toms River Warrant At Berkeley Plaza

A 61 year-old Bayville man was arrested on an outstanding warrant last week out of Toms River, police said.

According to Berkeley police:

On March 25 at 3:30 p.m., Ptl. Michael Tier conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Berkeley Plaza. Further investigation showed that the driver was operating this vehicle with a suspended license.

It was then determined that the passenger identified as a Richard Heid, 61, of Bayville, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued by the Toms River Municipal Court. As a result, Heid was arrested and transported to Berkeley Township Police H.Q. where he was processed and turned over to Toms River.
