Car Passenger Arrested At Lacey Traffic Stop On Toms River Warrant

A 25-year-old man was a passenger in a car that was stopped in Lacey - only he was the one arrested, on an outstanding warrant out of Toms River. 

On Tuesday, March 25, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Officer Frederick Anderson conducted a traffic stop on Alpine Street near Newark Avenue in Forked River. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the passenger, 25-year-old John R. Knoeller Jr., on an outstanding warrant issued from the Toms River Township Municipal Court in the amount of $145.

John Knoeller Jr., was transported to police headquarters, processed, and released after posting bail.

All should have ID. The officer doesn't know who he's dealing with , and IF they were a felon and he was let go , you would all be saying the cop didn't do his job ! Can't have it both ways..

Sorry, I was in a hurry E M C. I had to get my kid over to the AKC show at the Penal District auditorium , and became flustered when I was stopped at a check point, and Officer Stovinsky informed me that the polar ice caps are putting a thaw on the Cold War re-set notwithstanding what Boris and Natasha told you and squirrel.
