Court Blotter: Indictments for Thefts, Drug Arrests

Ocean County grand juries handed up the following indictments this week

A also returned indictments against two Toms River men who are accused of possessing an amphetamine.

Richard O'Hare of Fairview Drive and Adam Blessing of Riverbrook Court were each indicted Oct. 11 on third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge.

The indictment states the two men were illegally in possession of an amphetamine on April 29 in Seaside Heights.

O'Hare and Blessing each posted bail the same day of their arrest.

A South Toms River man is accused of attempting to sell drugs in Toms River.

A grand jury on Oct. 11 indicted Justin Lugo of Belmont Drive on a fourth-degree possession with intent to distribute charge after an arrest on April 25 in Toms River.

Lugo allegedly had less than one ounce of marijuana in his possession when officers arrested him.

A Toms River woman is charged with shoplifting more than $500 of merchandise from , 1 Route 37 West.

A grand jury indicted Michelle Lopez of Old Freehold Road on one count of third-degree shoplifting for allegedly stealing items from the retail store on Aug. 5.
