Court Blotter: Indictments for Drug Offenses

Ocean County grand juries recently handed up the following indictments

  • Peter A. Healy of Toms River, on counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone in Seaside Heights on Sept. 11. He was released on $2,500 bail, no 10 percent, on Sept. 17.
  • Leo R. Foley IV of Holmdel, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, and a count of possession with intent to distribute, on June 14, 2011, in Toms River. He was released on his own recognizance on June 14, 2011.
  • Kristina M. Fletcher of Toms River, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, AM-2201, on Nov. 17 in Manchester. She was released on a summons.
  • Joseph F. Frassetto of Seaside Heights, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suboxone, on Jan. 11 in Seaside Heights. Frassetto was released on $2,250 bail, no 10 percent.
  • Carmela N. Genna of Seaside Heights, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, and Kaesan M. Askew of Lakewood and Imira N. Woolfolk of South Toms River, on two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin and cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute, on Dec. 15 in Seaside Heights. Askew and Woolfolk additionally were indicted on possession with intent to distribute in a school zone, the Hugh J. Boyd Elementary School, and possession of a prescription legend drug or stramonium preparation without a prescription. Genna was released on $2,500 bail, no 10 percent, on Dec. 16. Askew is being held in the Ocean County Jail on $75,000 bail, no 10 percent. Woolfolk was released on a summons.
  • Tanya A. Hernandez of Toms River, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, on Dec. 20 in Seaside Heights. Indicted with her was Alicia M. Zalewski of Toms River, on counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, oxycondone, possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute within a school zone. Hernandez was released on a summons. Zalewski was released on $2,500 bail, no 10 percent.
  • David P. Rodriguez of Toms River, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, alprazolam, on Sept. 2 in Seaside Heights. He was released on $2,500 bail, no 10 percent, on Sept. 2.
  • Deven T. Skyers of Toms River on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, on Feb. 11 in Seaside Heights. Separately he also was indicted on counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute on Nov. 24 in Toms River. Skyers posted $20,000 bail, no 10 percent option, in the marijuana incident on Nov. 25. He was released on a summons in the cocaine incident.
  • Jennifer R. Frazer of Seaside Heights, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, on Sept. 28 in Seaside Heights. She was released on $2,500 bail, no 10 percent, on Sept. 29.
  • Nicole R. Rohena of Seaside Heights, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, on Nov. 5 in Seaside Heights. She was released on her own recognizance on Nov. 6.
