Ocean County grand juries' indictments

grand juries recently indicted:

William R. Burns, 52, and William R. Burns Jr., 25, of Toms River for allegedly removing copper downspouts from a Mantoloking home.

Both men stole the copper downspouts worth between $500 and $2,000 in October 2011, the indictment states, and also received copper they knew "to be stolen or believing they had probably been stolen."

Both were charged with criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property.

• Andrea Davis Woodruff, 45, of Toms River on a charge of insurance fraud.

Woodruff allegedly made at least five false property loss claims to the Travelers Insurance Company between July 5, 2011, and Aug. 1, the indictment states.

She was initially jailed on $15,000 bail but posted Jan. 11.

• Jesse R. Christiansen, 29, of Toms River on a shoplifting charge.

Christiansen stole more than $200 in clothing, jewelry and electronics from Sears on Oct. 30, the indictment states.
