Fischer Boulevard, Coolidge Avenue, and Hooper Avenue were flooded along low lying areas tying up traffic. A home was cracked off its foundation. Power outages gripped several hundred customers.

that began Monday night into Tuesday, and a second band of rain that swept Toms River Tuesday afternoon, left residents driving through floods, seeing basements fill with water, and more damage.
