Toms River Man Jailed on Drug Dealing Charges

Ocean County grand juries hand up indictments

An accused drug dealer is behind bars, awaiting trial on multiple possession and distribution charges.

Joseph Ledoux, 44, of Green Island Road was indicted last week by an Ocean County grand jury and remains held in Ocean County Jail on $60,000 bail, 10 percent option allowed.

He is charged with possessing and selling cocaine in the township from July 6 to Sept. 20. Grand jurors upheld six possession charges and two distribution charges.

Also arrested was Deon Jackson, 39, of Malta Court. He is charged with one count of possession of cocaine and one count of distribution. 

Jackson was initially jailed but posted bail Sept. 21.
