Man Breaks into Home, Threatens Resident with Bread Knife
Grand jury hands up indictment for Feb. 26 incident
A Maplecrest Road man is accused of breaking into a house on Morris Blvd. in Toms River and threatening a man he confronted there with a knife.
Michael Anthony Jr., 47, is accused of making a terroristic threat to “kick his ass,’’ having a bread knife for an illegal purpose, and illegal possession of the weapon on Feb. 26, in the Gilford Park section of town.
Anthony is free on $10,000 bail, according to records of an indictment returned against him by an Ocean County grand jury recently.
