Toms River Man Indicted For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old

A 34-year-old Toms River man has been indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old, according to Monmouth County records.

Nicholas Goldman was indicted for allegedly committing sexual assault on Sept. 10 in Monmouth County, according to the records.

No information was available as to whether this took place anywhere near Manasquan, Belmar or any Monmouth County town.

Goldman was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child since he had "a legal duty or having assumed responsibility for the care of the child," records say.

The records did not specify where the information came from. There also was not information available on possible bail.

This is the most informative article I've ever read.

So with no evidence, a 12yo can accuse someone of assault? and be arrested? Smh
Deep Throat February 02, 2014 at 08:24 AM
I agree @Me, Myself and I , If you are going to post an article give us some substance. "No information was available as to whether this took place anywhere near Manasquan, Belmar or any Monmouth County town." Please explain to me what that sentence is supposed to mean? If it happened who cares about the location, IT HAPPENED, and that dirt bag should be castrated as part of his punishment.

@Bojangles... Really?...Do you honestly think they had no evidence. Just ripped the poor Man from his house dragged him away like Nazi Germany and arrested him with NO evidence and then indicted the man with NO EVIDENCE. Come on man...get with it LOL

Why publish this story without any information... just don't get it.

"...according to Monmouth County records" sounds like the court records of the indictment. That's all Patch had to go on. Nothing from any police department or Monmouth County prosecutor?
Me, Myself and I February 02, 2014 at 10:16 AM
@Deep Throat I thought the exact same thing about that sentence! It's almost like saying "This May or may not have happened in the United States or on Earth or in this universe." What was the point? I assume there's evidence or there wouldn't be an indictment but this is lazy reporting.

We sure do have a lot of Jimmy Olsens out there. If any of you think you can do a better job as a reporter, get off your couch and go get a job in the media.

Sorry if we offended you Bob, just for the record I get my information from Lois Lane, she's cuter.
