Memorial Day Parade Canceled Due to Weather
Color Guard ceremoney at 11 a.m. at town hall today
Toms River Police confirmed the annual Memorial Day parade down Main Street is canceled today due to weather.
The event was scheduled to kick off at 9:30 a.m. near the Office Lounge and continue down Main Street to Washington Street.
But due to heavy rains before 7 a.m. this morning, police reported the parade is canceled.

At 11 a.m. memorial ceremony with a color guard will be held at town hall, Washington Street as part of the Memorial Day events.
Main Street is open to vehicle traffic and streetside parking.
