Missing Point Girl Found Safe in Toms River

Allison Chirichello was brought to Point Boro P.D. by her father

was found safe in Toms River by her father on Thursday night and brought to the Point Borough police department, according to her mother.

Allison Chirichello, who wil be a junior at Point Borough High School in September, was alone on Route 37 in Toms River when her father, Thomas Chirichello, found her and drove her to the Point Borough police department, according to what Thomas Chirichello told Colleen Molok, Allison's mother, Molok said. Thomas Chirichello lives in Middletown.

Molok said that when she saw Allison at the police department, she noticed she was wearing different clothing than what she left her Borough home, when she ran out with nothing but her sister's cell phone and no money.

Molok said she does not know all of the details regarding where her daughter has been, why she was in Toms River and how she came to be found by her father.

Molok said she is tremendously appreciative of all the relatives, friends, neighbors and area residents who were trying to help find her daughter and sending prayers and good wishes.

She said she prefers not to discuss the issue further at this time because she feels it is a private family matter.

Thank God this story has a good ending , every parent worries when our kids leave the house, until they return. My be the same Tommy I grew up with in Newark on Avon Ave..???

Throw her in the juvenile detention center for the summer... that will teach her not to try that stunt again! These kids have no fears these days because there are no consequences... if you spank kid, etc... the parent goes to jail!!

Juvie was a deterent in the old days but not today! it is a learning institution where petty crimes are the entrance fee and the graduation ceremony is a real opportunity at bank robery or drug sales! Kepp them home grounded as best as can be and as busy as possible.

@ JD Why don't we just execute her now,we will save alot of time and money trying to find out why she ran away in the first place ! In fact,we should jail, and or execute all kids who have problems !

Some people like to take the hard stance with the kids and others are a lot more easy on them. I have been very lucky that the temptations of the streets have not damaged or influenced mine to a negative life experience. Lots of patience though and the restraints of not doing what the first instint tells you to do! If you love them you make it work! There are always exceptions to the rule and we have it in the family also! No matter what you do one lamb will run off to join the wolfes and you can never bring them back home again no matter what you do or what you try!

George so true ;no matter what to do, give them, teach them, out side influences are much stronger ( peer pressure ) sometimes than family values you have instilled ...Drugs on the streets ( and RX's @ Home ) have ruined this generation to find there way in life, some will get through this, some won't...KNOW there friends better than yours sometimes is the rule of thumb .....who are they hanging with may tell all....Tommy " Cheech" from Newark may be her Grandfather that I new .

Something sounds fishy. I think her father is hiding something. I hope they did a blood test on her and her father.
