Ocean County Grand Jury Indictments
Monday indictments include theft, property damage charges
Grand juries in Ocean County voted on the following indictments Monday:
Mark J. Paturzzio, 34, of Adams Avenue, Toms River, doing more than $2,000 worth of criminal mischief at the Atlantic Car Wash in Pine Beach on Feb. 28, 2010.
Raymond D. Emerson, 23, of Polhemus Road, Toms River, stealing more than $500 from the Executive Cellular Company by activated three cell phones on a woman’s account without her authorization by forging the contract and failing to pay for or return the phones on Feb. 17, 2010 in Toms River.

Travis J. Regg, 28, of Alexander Avenue, Howell, breaking into a home on Hovsons Blvd. in Toms River and trying to break into a second home there on Feb. 4.
Stacey A. Forte, 32, of North Island Road, Bayville, trying to get oxycodene with a forged prescription at Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Berkeley Township on Sept. 27.
