The three Toms River residents all list the Jefferson Road home as their address, said Sramaty. He described the home as a typical single family one in a residential neighborhood, but where a cocaine distribution operation was allegedly going on inside.

"There were scales for weighing the drug, then it would be packaged for resale, he said. "This can happen anywhere ... No area is immune."

Sramaty said that although one suspect remains on the loose, he expects the arrests to have an impact on cocaine distribution in the area.

"This is a considerable amount of cocaine," Sramaty said. "This arrest is expected to make an impact in Ocean County activity."

Green was charged with possession of cocaine more than five ounces with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Superior Court Judge Francis R. Hodgson Jr. set Green’s bail at $250,000 no ten percent.
