Overturned Jeep's Bumper Sticker: 'If You Can Read This, Flip Me Over'

Crash at Coolidge and Bay Avenues

A bumper sticker took on a new meaning in an accident reported at 8 p.m. Sunday on Coolidge and Bay Avenue in Toms River.

The East Dover accident involved an overturned Jeep, with the bumper sticker “If you can read this, flip me over.”

A 1999 Ford Escort driven by Michael Palmieri, 36, of Toms River was eastbound on Bay Avenue when it collided with a 1996 Jeep driving that was westbound on Bay Avenue turned left onto Coolidge Avenue, said Chief Michael Mastronardy.  The jeep overturned after the vehicles collided.
