TOMS RIVER – Police arrested a Point Pleasant man apparently in the act of burglarizing a Georgetown vacant home Wednesday morning.

An alert citizen called to report a white van driving suspiciously through the neighborhood, said Toms River Police Chief Mike Mastronardy.
