Police Blotter: Property Theft Reported After Break-ins to Business, Garage

Three recent unrelated incidents

The following incidents were reported by Chief Michael Mastronardy:

• Officer Chris Leighton is investigating the theft of two 18-speed bikes that were removed from a garage on Lexington Avenue since Sunday evening. The bikes — one is a boys, another is a girls 18 speed — valued at $1,200, were chained together.  An unknown person entered the unlocked garage then cut the chain and removed the bikes.

• Officer Ron Sermarini is investigating the theft of a Fed-Ex package that was delivered Monday afternoon to a residence on Equestrian Way in the Pleasant Plains section. The box contained flight attendant uniforms for United Continental Airlines minus any logos.

• Officers Ryan Rush and Paul Burkhardt are investigating a burglary at T & M Associates between Monday night and Tuesday morning. An unknown subject(s) entered the office off of Hooper and Hadley, after breaking a first floor window and removed a IBM Elite 8540p laptop valued at $900.
