Police Blotter: Toms River Residents Charged
Manchester police activity during the first week of July includes arrests of Toms River residents
Police Department Capt. Lisa Parker released the following arrest information:
Wednesday, July 4
Toms River resident Susan M. Reed, 55, was charged with theft at Chesterfield Court by Patrolman Jason Wiener and was released with a summons, according to Parker.

Thursday, July 5
Samantha L. Cannella, 24, of Toms River, was charged with theft and forgery at the Silverwoods retirement development by Detective Chris Hemhauser. Cannella was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, according to Parker.
