I can hear all of the Police bashers now - Comments such as "All they did was take away these fine upstanding citizens' livelihoods", "These people weren't bothering anybody did the PD have a warrrant" and so on and so forth. Well I say "Way to go TRPD. Glad you were able to get them without any of you or any innocent bystanders getting hurt !
i don't get it?? September 14, 2012 at 11:15 AM

Jersey Teapot-Party September 14, 2012 at 01:27 PM
Big waste of tax dollars that didn't protect anyone. 40 years of the drug war and kids can still get illegal drugs easier than they can get legal ones. It is a sham, and we taxpayers have to pay for these special enforcement teams that waste our money making our streets less safe, more violent and making it easier for kids to get drugs. But hey the police look tough on crime, but read the paper and see how many burglaries and thefts we have and see how many of those scum that they catch each week, not very many!

Jersey Teapot - I do see your point. But understand, it is no longer in " the hood". Gangs, drugs, and guns are now living right next door to us. Plus, they have gotten more violent over the years. The dealer and users will shoot at anyone and anything that gets in their way. So what is the answer? I don't know. It just seems that where there are drugs, there are guns. Bottom line.

Well said teapot. It's amazing how many of these sheep think this is done in their best interest. How is it that humanity survived for thousands of years without any drug laws? How are these laws even constitutional? If they were legal and taxed high we would actually be benefiting with the added bonus of no cartels, no dead cops and less crime and cheaper prison costs. That's too common sense for most people though.

I wonder if Teapot would feel different if one of these junkie Obama supporters (that gets subsidized housing at the Rodeway) was high on heroin and crashed their car into his, with his family inside. Why not, its a free country right Teapot? just let them run wild. If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything Teapot. You call the TR police for a legitimate emergency and they are always quick to respond. Thank God they are there to stand at the gates and act as a buffer between us and the people in this world that do nothing but rape the system and cause chaos and havoc in the neighborhoods of hard-working honest citizens.

String them up, no use for them.
Dev Durer September 14, 2012 at 07:53 PM
Hey stayathomemom, what exactly are the statistics on heroin related auto accidents? Not too many, but I know alcohol kills around 100,000 Americans every year (a quarter of that driving related). And that's a perfectly legal drug which shows the absurdity of this so called "war on drugs".

What's up with the ppl who run this joint, allowing them to stay there?
SB Girl September 16, 2012 at 11:57 AM
They are greedy and have no conscience
Jersey Teapot-Party September 16, 2012 at 01:12 PM
Stayathome alot of assumptions and false accusations here. the facts are illegal drugs cause less accidents than tiredness, cell phone talkers, alcohol, and many more. Do you want to make these people criminals too if they are reckless and crash in and kill your kid? I am not advocating anybody drive under the influence of anything including be tired because that is the #1 cause of fatalities on the roads. but hey lets keep wasting our resources on busting potheads. You feel safer getting the peaceful potheads off the street I get it. But coupled with your false assumptions you've been tricked and have built up so much hatred for people you disagree with, thats not healthy in the long term.

Well said Dev i concur

Let me get this motel situation straight for everyone. First most of these people live there placed by social services. It's the most disgusting motel I've ever seen. There are prostitutes that in fact just got one thrown out by police last week. A coupe of them my be just families trying to get a start over. But for the most part it's all drugs. You can just look at them and tell. Not to mention the methodon clinic placed nicely next door. That's a joke. I feel before these people get free living they all must pass a drug test or they don't deserve to waste the states money from welfare to buy more drugs. Stay far away from this motel. There a mess and that place should have cops close down the place. They have no idea what's competely going on in there.

I just want to say to everyone out there that when the toms river police do their jobs that citzens expect them to do Give them praise and there due! These people who deal drugs to our community whether in a motel or not are not acting in the best interest to our community, breaking our laws, need to be dealt with and I am glad our police did just that get them off the streets. Isn't funny that the dealers always seem to have guns and ammo around them.
