Police issued summonses to Gary R. Sunkett Jr., 34, of Pennsauken, Charles M. Polidori, 26, of Warminster, Pa., and Dustin E. Gibb, 22, of Coatesville, Pa. for failing to register. Another person with the group, Tiffani M. Maxson, was arrested on municipal court warrants — one from Woodbury and one from West Deptford, Heinzman said.
