Suspected Taco Bell Thief In Wall Had Warrant Out Of Toms River

A 31-year-old Asbury Park man who had an outstanding warrant out of Toms River was arrested this past week for stealing money from a Taco Bell in Wall

On Friday, April 18, 2014, the general manager for Taco Bell reported an internal theft of an undisclosed amount of money from the business located at 1733 State Highway 35. The investigation led by Patrolman Daniel Santoro identified an employee as the accused.

On Tuesday, Bernard V. Robinson, 31, of Asbury Park was arrested and charged with one count of third degree theft. In addition, he had two active warrants out of Asbury Park and Toms River and two active nonsupport warrants out of Monmouth and Ocean County.

Robinson is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township, on $5,000 bail with no option to 10 percent, as set by Municipal Court Judge Joseph Defino.
