Fourth passenger in car also charged with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and intent to distribute heroin, chief says

Police detectives arrested a father, mother, daughter and another man on Wednesday, after an ongoing heroin distribution investigation that yielded 156 bags of heroin.

The arrests came after a search of a home at 303 Enterprise Drive and a simultaneous motor vehicle stop on Lacey Road in Lacey, Police Chief David A. Paprota said..

Detectives executed a search warrant at the home on July 23. They recovered the heroin, Alprazolam and drug paraphernalia after a search of the house and the car, the chief said.

Robert Schramm, 63, and Rosemary Schramm, 50, 19 Stillwater Drive, Barnegat, were arrested and charged with possession of heroin, along with their daughter, Angelmarie Schramm, 22, 303 Enterprise Drive. Angelmarie Schramm was also charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and hindering apprehension, Paprota said.

The Schramms and a fourth passenger in the car, Karl Endreson Jr., 27, were all arrested during the motor vehicle stop. Endreson was charged with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and intent to distribute heroin, the chief said.

Angelmarie Schramm was charged with hindering her own apprehension after she provided detectives with a false name in attempt to avoid the discovery of an active no-bail arrest warrant. The no-bail arrest warrant had been issued for Angelmarie Schramm’s arrest by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department for a prior violation of her participation in Drug Court, Paprota said.

Both Angelmarie Schramm and Endreson were lodged in the Ocean County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 each on the heroin distribution.  Lacey detectives were assisted in the searches by a K-9 Unit from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, the chief said.
