Toms River Man Charged with 'Defiant' Trespass In Long Branch

A Toms River man was charged with trespassing by going to his ex-wife's work and refusing to leave, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

Guiseppe Bilotta went to Charles Widdis Associates on Broadway in Long Branch on May 16 knowing he had a restraining order, according to court records.

He then allegedly refused to leave, according to court records.

Bilotta was arrested on May 16. He was scheduled to appear in court on May 21 at 3 p.m.
