A 57-year-old Toms River man was indicted Tuesday on heroin possession charges, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Joseph Barone of Lisbon Avenue was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in Long Branch, according to court records.
The crime allegedly occurred on Feb. 10.
He was also also charged with possessing alprazolam, according to court records.
