Toms River Police Looking For Dunkin' Donuts Robber

A tall man in a dark-colored sweatshirt caught up with the employee of a Route 37 Dunkin' Donuts and made off with "undisclosed" proceeds, according to Roonte.com.

Reports say the suspect is a male, about 5-foot-10, wearing jeans and a dark-colored, hooded top. He was last seen on foot, heading west in the direction of Hardenbrook Avenue.

Was the worker leaving the store for the day since it says the robber caught up with the worker?
Gino De Lucia December 08, 2013 at 12:38 PM
Robbing a donut shop where cops often hangout is pretty damn stupid, and you can bet your butt that the cops will catch this idiot pretty fast!

At what point is the town council going to realize we need more police on our streets. This is no longer the quiet little town it once was. The town needs more cops
suz December 08, 2013 at 02:51 PM
Yep, a better description would be nice...black or white or yellow or green. Hard to believe he got away with this robbery.

As much time as cops spend at Dunkin Donuts, How does this happen? I would think it is easier to rob a bank! Then a Dunkin Donuts? It had to be an ex cop on CRACK!!!
