Toms River Trio Indicted in String of April Car Burglaries

A 14-count indictment relating to incidents in East Dover section of Toms River

A trio of Toms River men have been indicted in connection with a string of car burglaries in April.

Timothy R. Simpson of Hazelwood Road, Kyle P. Cannon of Red Cedar Drive and Dale E. Parducci of Raider Way were indicted by an Ocean County grand jury on 14 counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree theft and two counts of fourth-degree theft in connection with of town on April 15 and 16.

The trio is alleged to have taken items ranging from digital cameras and GPS units to a baseball bat and one victim's wallet in the incidents. Unlocked vehicles were entered on Vaughn, Goosecreek, Redwood, Fairview, Culpepper and Glendale streets in the East Dover section, police said at the time.

Simpson was released on $10,000 bail, no 10 percent, on April 18, and Parducci was released the same day on $35,000 bail, no 10 percent. Cannon was released on $5,000 with a 10 percent option on May 4.
