Toms River Woman Driving On Route 9 Without Headlights Had Pot, Paraphernalia

A Toms River woman faces a day in court now that she's been arrested on drug charges after driving on Route 9 in Bayville without headlights, Berkeley Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

When police stopped the car near Hickory Lane on Dec. 4, they found Robyn Ricciutti in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the chief said.

She was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with a controlled dangerous substance in it and driving with no headlights, DiMichele said.

She was processed and released on a summons, pending a future court date, the chief said.
