Forget treatment. We need to publicly humiliate this person. Excellent work patch. Save the reporting for the real crimes.

It is really sad to keep reading these stories. I though that kids today would be much smarter about heroin.

Yea...because the people like Terry Farley who the Ocean County Pros office has running around telling outdated and uninformed stories about drugs and its affects is useless. The kids attending those after school meetings with their parents are the "good kids" who most likely (you hope at least) won't fail prey to Heroin or its related drugs. The kids that need to hear it are either absent from these meetings due to negligent parents or the kids are already a lost cause. Listen as long as we treat Drug use and its dealings as an addiction and lesson the consequences i.e. "Drug Court" it will never get better. What is the solution, not really sure but the ones we have now are not working. Its certainly a community issue and its takes a community to band together to fight it. Sorry, but when criminals have more rights (or should I say when they have their rights magnified) than the victim's or at least when their rights equal that of the victim then this will never get better. We are to liberal here in NJ to many bleeding hearts swoon when a drug dealer gets his drug taken from their homes or cars and then turn around and claim "their rights" were violated and people actually feel bad for them?? WTH we are doomed...and this Heroin is the 21st centuries black plague...

I now drive around town from time to time and when I see people that seem suspicious or look like they are up to no good I report it. I can tell you that at least 5 areas in town are loaded with constant rif raf from other towns preying on our kids. REPORT IT!!!!
