Traffic delays are continuing Monday morning from an accident in Toms River's downtown area that occurred on Sunday.
Police spokesman Ralph Stocco said there are "extensive" detours in the area.
The Asbury Park Press reported that the Sunday morning accident resulted in a downed utility pole that closed a portion of Water Street.
