According to court records, an Ocean County grand jury handed down the following indictments last week:
- Emil Mensching, of Hemlock Hills Drive, and Michael Capra, Port Royal Drive, both of Toms River. Both men are charged with the Aug. 4 armed robbery of Michael Libscombe in Toms River. Capra is accused of having heroin there on Aug. 5.
- Melvin Rodriguez, of Rocky Mountain Blvd., Brick. Rodriguez is charged with robbing Robert Armbruster, having alprazolam, suboxone, clonazepam and resisting arrest by Brick Police Patrolman Patrolman Richard Crimi on Dec. 10.
- Meghan M. Boland, of Bridge Avenue, Point Pleasant. Boland is accused of aggravated assault for throwing bodily fluid at police Oct. 4 in Brick.
- Lindsay Barth, of River Road, Point Pleasant. Barth is charged with an Aug. 29 aggravated assault on Point Pleasant Patrolman Brian Fennessey.
