Toms River Resident Arrested In Beaumont Drive "Raid" In Brick

A name in this story has been removed after a judgement of dismissal.

Four people, including a Toms River man, were arrested on drug charges Thursday on Beaumont Drive in Brick, police said.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., police executed a court authorized search warrant at 35 Beaumont Drive in the Bay Harbor section of Brick Township. The search warrant concluded an investigation into suspected narcotic distribution activities that were occurring at the residence, police said.

Arrested on scene were the following; Justin J. Tilton, 37, Brick; Jody T. Watkins, 37, Toms River; Derek R. Norkus, 36, Brick; and (removed) Brick, police said.

The subjects were transported to Brick Police Headquarters where all were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Xanax), possession of marijuana under 50 Grams, and possession of CDS paraphernalia.

All subjects were released on a criminal summons with pending court dates.
