2013 Township Council Meeting Dates Set
Regular meeting schedule for 2013 approved by council members last week
The Toms River Township Council meeting dates for 2013 have been set.
Council members approved the dates at their reorganization meeting last week. As has been the norm, meetings typically will be held at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the L. Manuel Hirshblond meeting room in the second level of the municipal complex, 33 Washington St.
There are some exceptions to note — the first meeting in February will be held on Monday, Feb. 11, and the two December meetings will begin at 5 p.m., with the final meeting of the year scheduled for Monday, Dec. 23.

Regular meetings can be canceled, and those regular and special meetings that are rescheduled "shall be duly advertised," according to the resolution approving the dates.
