Toms River's Hurricane Emergency Hotline is down. Call police headquarters at 732-349-0150 instead.

Here is a list of closings and cancellations due to Hurricane Sandy:

Toms River Regional Schools are closed Monday, Oct. 29 and Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Ocean County College is closed Monday and Tuesday.

The Toms River Halloween Parade Oct. 31 has been postponed. Trick or treating Oct. 30 is not advised.

Ocean County Mall closed is closed Tuesday.

Toms River Senior Center is closed for activities and transportation services are canceled.

Toms River Municipal Offices are closed.

Georgian Court University is closed Monday and Tuesday.

NJ Transit is suspended Monday.

All branches of the Ocean County Library will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Monsignor Donovan and Saint Joseph's School is closed Monday.

Ocean County YMCA is closed Sunday and Monday.

St. Dominic's School is closed Monday.

Toms River Municipal Court for Monday's court session is closed.

Motor Vehicle Commission has closed all agencies, inspection stations and driver testing centers for Monday, October 29. The MVC has also cancelled all scheduled driver tests (written/road), scheduled driver conferences and scheduled specialty vehicle inspections for October 29, 30 and 31. The MVC will reschedule these services for a future date.

Ocean County Parks and Recreation parks close at dusk normally. For county park closure updates, call 877-627-2757, and then option 3.

Ocean County Board of Social Services on Hooper Avenue is closed.

The Social Security Administration in Toms River and Brick are closed.
