The Board of Education is made up of nine elected members. Six are from Toms River Township, and one each from the Boroughs of Pine Beach, Beachwood, and South Toms River. They meet on the third Tuesday of every month and discuss issues effecting the schools, policies, events, procedures, budget and finances, buildings and grounds, insurance, and approved or rejected bills.
