Career Night Open House

If you’re interested in changing careers, moving up the ladder in your current profession, or expanding your interests, the Department of Continuing and Professional Education at Ocean County College is hosting a Career Night Open House on Wednesday, January 18 from 6 to 8p.m. in the Black Box Theatre at Arts and Community Center (Building #18) on the OCC main campus, College Drive, Toms River, NJ.  Admission is free and open to the public.

OCC’s Career Night Open House is your opportunity to meet the instructors in career and technical programs and ask questions about education and career opportunities.  Learn about training and certificate programs for a career in dozens of programs.

Business and Management certificates include Business Management, Bookkeeping, Entrepreneur, Construction Management, Food Protection Manager, Human Resources, Legal Office Assistant, and Property Manager, among other courses.

Computer and Technology certificates include Adobe Photoshop, ASP.NET Programmer, Computer Support Specialist or System Administrator, Excel, Fiber Optics Technician or Specialist, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Web Design Specialist, Webmaster, and Word, among other courses.

Healthcare certificates include Dental Assisting, EKG Technician, Electronic Health Record Specialist, Health Information Management, Home Health Aide, Medical Billing,

Medical Office Specialist, Medical Records Coding, Medical Transcription, Paramedic Training, Patient Care Technician, Personal Trainer, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, Physical Therapy Aide, among other courses
