College Planning Conference at OCC

Need help with the college planning process?  Get the answers and assistance you need at the Ocean County College’s FREE College Planning Conference & Open House on Thursday, March 29, from 6 to 9 p.m., on OCC’s Main Campus, College Drive, Toms River.  (Campus Tours begin at 5:00 p.m.)  Light refreshments will be served.  Seating is limited.  Registration is recommended.  Open to the public.

Whether you’re a high school freshman or an adult looking to return to school, OCC’s Free College Planning Conference & Open House will help you make good college-planning decisions.  Remember, it’s never too early or too late to begin planning for college!

6 p.m. - Welcome from OCC President, Dr. Jon Larson

6:30 p.m. - How to Plan a Cost Efficient College Education

7:30 p.m. - Workshops begin

8 p.m. - Funding your College Education

During the Conference & Open House, you’ll be able to speak with representatives from College departments including American Sign Language, computer technology, criminal justice, engineering, English, graphic arts, homeland security, mathematics, music, nursing, science, theatre, the Kean-Ocean program, and more.
