Ocean County Parks and Receation will be conducting a new program 'Exercise With Ease'. The class will promote fundamentals of better health for the mind and body. Gentle exercise, positive energy will be taught to enjoy
life and be young at heart. All classes will be held rain or shine.
The lessons will be held at Jakes Branch County Park,
Double Trouble Road, Beachwood. The classes will be held on Tuesdays & Fridays June 5– July 17 (no class July 10). The fee is $53.00 per person. This is program # 123544-3B.
To register, send a check made payable to the County of Ocean to: Ocean County Parks and Recreation, 1198 Bandon Road, Toms River, NJ 08753. Please provide name, address and daytime telephone number, along with program # when registering.
