Downtown Gift Shops Holding Fundraiser for Family Devastated by Fire
Collection for South Toms River family
Autumn Meadow Trading and Sweet Tush gift shops on Washington Street are holding a fundraiser Friday for a local family whose home was devastated by fire.
A portion of sales on Friday, May 4 will go to aid the Lowe family of South Toms River, whose Annapolis home was heavily damaged by fire March 30.
Autumn Meadow candle and gift shop, located at 11c Washington Street, as well as bath and beauty shop Sweet Tush next door, will donate 20 percent of all sales from the day. The stores, open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, is also accepting donations that day to go the family directly.
