Never expect to get anywhere with this dealership. I bought the car and then sold it and I am still owed thousands of dollars on the extended warranty I purchased from them. By law you should get the money after 60 days. Well it has been going on since September. They only care about you as a customer if you are purchasing a car. Once you get the sale they could care less. I have been waiting since October for my refund check. They filled out the wrong form in October 2010 but never called me to tell me and I did not find this put until December 2010 when I contacted them after the initial 60 days. Now it is the middle of February 2011 and I still have no check. Stay away from them and avoid at all costs. I will be contacting the BBB and the DCA. Horrible dealership.
