Their repairs are fine but they are imposib le to reach,, nooneanswers the phone and they keep telling me my e-mail address is incomplete. I just paid $802 to have my clock re;pairedand one of the chains and weights fell., I am concerned because they are also looking to sell their locale. I am concerned that my clock will not be repaired and my guarantee honored it they up and leave. They are not cheap but the only way to get any attention is to actually go to their place of business which is not always convenient.
