Located in Fischer Court, Siam Spice Thai Cuisine opened in the spring of 2010. Before opening, owner Nalatta Furstoss designed the interior to create a warm, softly-lit dining room with a hardwood floor and elegantly appointed Thai décor. Instrumental music and the enticing aroma of fresh spices add to the relaxed ambience. Nalatta says many people believe that Thai cuisine is too spicy. In fact, authentic Thai dishes such as those served at Siam Spice are made to order according to individual preference. Each dish is prepared using fresh spices and specialty ingredients that appeal to different tastes – hot, sour, sweet, spicy or a combination thereof. Menu items include appetizers such as Chicken or Beef Satay and Tom Yum Talay soup. Entrée items include rice, noodle and seafood dishes such as Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai Sai Haw and Haw Mok Talay. Curry selections may be ordered with your choice of curry – green, massamann, penang or red.

Siam Spice serves many regular customers each week and is particularly busy on the weekends. Nalatta believes the dining experience should be relaxed and unhurried, so reservations are recommended. The restaurant may be reserved for private parties on Wednesdays. Customer feedback is always welcome.
