I can't believe this place! I went there yesterday at 3:00 to get the side of my door cleaned as something spilled into my window jam. After sitting there for 30 minutes I was told to come back tomorrow since it was too dark and they couldn't see well enough to clean my door. I was told it would take 20 minutes and was reassured that if I went during my lunch break I would be in and out. I went there today as we discussed and everyone was clueless. It turns out the person I was talking to yesterday is not a detailer so the receptionist called in the detailer- who did not want to take my door apart to clean it, as the receptionist was talking to him he walked out. The receptionist apologized for him. Ten minutes later the detailer (Nick) walked back in and said "I guess I'll take a look at it" and put his hand out for my keys. Since I was now pressed for time I gave them to him but if I didn't need this car clean by tonight I would have walked out. 45 minutes later I asked when my car would be ready since the manager I spoke with yesterday (Chris) told me it would take 20 minutes. I was advised it would take another 20 minutes and told the receptionist to put my door back on because I needed to get back to work. She went into the shop and came back out telling me it would be an additional 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I looked outside and saw my car running with the keys in the ignition. Without a word from anyone I left, assuming their work was done. What a joke.

Zero Stars - Terrible customer service. Went there to get my car detailed and felt like I was bothering Rick, the manager. Acted like he didn't need my business, was nasty and degrading. So I went to Prestige on Fischer Blvd. The owner came out and greeted me, shook my hand and helped me. What a difference. Customer Service is everything...I will never go back to Squeeky Clean
