Great food and value. Best Mexican around with some unique dishes. If you get the Macaron con chipotle, don't ask them to make it hot. Uufaah. That was a mistake. Has a good creamy burn as it is. My favorite dish by far.

The location in Brick has closed. I really miss going there for lunch as I work nearby.
While I have never eaten at Tenampa in Toms River, I go to the one in Brick quite often and have been going for years. It is the same owners. By far the best Mexican restaurant around. Puts those chain restaurants to shame. Try it, you won't be sorry.
By far the best mexican food around. Having lived in Calif many years we think we finally found a great place.
Excellent!!! The best Mexican restaurant (and there are many) around! I used to go to their Brick location which was smaller and sometimes had to wait for a table. I'm thrilled now that there is one closer to me in Toms River. Highly recommend.
