Planning Board Approves Gateway Toyota's Expansion Amendments
Planning board decides particulars of car dealership renovations
Gateway Toyota on Route 37 received approval from the Toms River Planning Board for amendments to the original renovation proposal. Gateway Toyota is currently building a brand new showroom, and that means two trailers for customer service and showroom center while they are in construction. The Planning Board addressed the trailer space plans during a recent meeting, for example: Three air conditioning units that are visible from the show and service room will be screened. Previously, Gateway Toyota General Manager Ed Sunday said construction is expected to continue until summer of 2012.
