I do not have a problem with someone owning a gun I have a problem with someone owning a semi automatic assualt weapon. Why does the average citizen need milatry style guns? Even in Israel, where terrorist attacks are a way of life, private citizens are not allowed to own semi automatic weapons, they even restrict the amount of ammunition a person can have per year. This is a country that is surrounded by its enemies...and they have stricter gun control laws than we do. What exactly are we arming ourselves against? Non wants to take away your guns, but I really don't think assualt weapons have a place outside of a war zone.

ReplyIts only a crime IF they claim the bag is a real Hermes. They are not claiming that the bag is real so there is no crime. There is no crime in selling knock offs.

ReplySo sorry to hear this. Mr. Amodemo was one of the best teachers I've ever had. I can still remember looking forward to his class, and my 6th grade social studies project. He seemed to enjoy our creations as much as we did. What a kind and wonderful man. My heart goes out to his family. He will be missed.

ReplyHe is a Patchogue Medford Graduate..he helped the Raiders win the 2002 Long Island Class 1 Football championship. He was son, a brother, a teammate, and all around good person.

ReplyThe dated on and off. That means he was never serious about her. She just didnt know her role. She was stupid for going this house univited. She probably went off the deep end when the new girlfriend came to the gate. At that point she should have left. Instead she decided to cause a scene. I think she was trying to provoke something and it backfired.

No one is saying ban guns...what most people are saying is ban semi automatic weapons. The question everyone should be asking is...when was the last time there was a tragedy like Newtown, in the UK? In Canada? In Australia. There will always be crimminals and crazy people who will harm others, but do we have to give them access to the tools that will allow them to create the kind of carnage that took place in Newtow, Aurora, Arizona, Columbine? Not once have I heard anyone mention banning guns, what I have heard is a call to stop the sale of semi automatic weapons to the public, what I have heard is a call for stronger background checks, and stiffer penalties for the use of guns in criminal activites. I think all of this is reasonable. We all want to be safe.
